Officers seize converted pedal cycle

Officers from Kidderminster North & East SNT located and seized this illegally converted pedal cycle in Kidderminster Town Centre today, having been seen driving in an anti-social manner on the road with two occupants who were not wearing helmets, and putting themselves and other members of the public at risk. The bike had previously been seen in the Comberton area. It had no chain, one pedal, a tyre in a questionable condition and was complete with a throttle.
